I Am An Aunt 2 Times Over!!

This this last week was a busy one for babies being born! I became an aunt twice last week. My youngest brother Golden and his wife Carly welcomed their first baby into the world on Monday May 19th at around 10a.m. Porter Douglas Stephenson weighed in at 8 pounds 6 ounces and was 21 inches long. Way to go Carly, that is a big boy, especially for your first! Congrats you two...I cant wait to get my hands on him in a couple of weeks!! He is adorable!!

Big Yawns!!
Hangin' with daddy!

Wide Awake!
Now for number two. On Thursday May 22, my brother in law Brandon and his wife Amber welcomed their 4th child into the world. Little Ryder Scott Rasmussen weighed in at a whopping 8 pounds 12 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. He had a rough delivery and his whole face was bruised. As you can see from the pictures, he is perfect and soo beautiful. Because they live close I had a chance to hold him and snuggle him in the hospital. Good work you guys! He is gorgeous!

Sooo sleepy!

Funny, Cute Kids! Fun Places to Hide!

Cameron loves to play hide and seek!! Kids find the funniest places to hide. Cameron is really good at this game! Look where I found him finally!! Sooo cute!! He loves to play in there now all the time!

So, the kids thought that playing in the dryer might be a fun idea! What do you think? I think it could be. They seem to be having fun! This is Alyssa, Brendan and Cameron. I found them in the dryer after I was done folding clothes. Funny!

Happy Mothers Day!

So I didn't really take any pictures on mothers day because I was too busy RELAXING! I had a wonderful mothers day! Cody got up early with the kids so I could sleep in. We don't have church until 11am so that is nice. I got up and jumped in the shower and when I got out I heard the most beautiful, sweetest sound. All my kids were in my room singing mothers day songs they learned in primary. I was in tears! They sang "mother I love you, mother I need you" and "I often go walking", that is one of my favorites. Cody was also with them holding a tray with my favorite breakfast on it, an omelet made with egg whites(I am on a health kick) and a bagel with orange juice. After breakfast Cody got all the kids ready for church, aside from doing the girls hair, so I could relax some more. He didn't have early meetings like he usually does. We had wonderful church meetings. All the mothers received beautiful leis to wear all day. We didn't go visit my mom because she is still back east and my in-laws are busy cruising in the Caribbean. How would that be? Nice!! When I got home Cody gave me a beautiful card and some yummy body lotion that is to die for. He also gave me a pass to go tanning. Love it! The kids gave me all sorts of cute homemade gifts, from flowers made out of cookies to cards and necklaces. I wish I took pictures. Oh well. Anyways, I was able to relax all day and Cody took care of meals and the kids. I wish every day was mothers day!!

Shout Out to My Wonderful Mother

This is one of my most favorite pictures of my mom. She is holding my last baby Cameron right after he was born. I think it is soo sweet and shows how loving and caring my mom is. I want my mom to know how much I love and appreciate her. She has always been there for me whenever I need her even if she lived 2500 miles away. She would do anything for her kids or grand kids if it meant that they were happy. My mom has been there for me through the thick and thin. Thanks mom for being my rock! I love you!
